Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

We strive to ship orders as swift and promptly as possible!

It can take anywhere from 2-7 business working days (excluding holidays & Sat-Sun) to process your order before it is shipped. Shipping will usually take anywhere from 1-5 days to be delivered. It depends on the type of delivery service and method you chose, as well as any possible delays on the carriers end.

BODY BUTTERS

In warmer clients the body butters can melt during the shipping process. To avoid this problem, we package your body butters with climate control wrapping and ice packs. We are working to prevent any melting concerns, in doing so, we will not ship out any body butters towards the end of the week. We are trying to avoid your items being stored in the warehouse over the weekend due to the climate control wrapping and ice packs only being good for a short period of time. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends nor holidays.

In the unfortunate event that your package cannot be located during transit, please contact a consultant from (USPS or UPS) for assistance. They will be able to help you file possible claims or locate the package. Email us at info@marlaynacosmetics.com for any further assistance.
